Now, picture a team that runs into the same problem at scale, across hundreds of rooms and multiple locations. That's the reality for SURF, the Dutch collaborative organization for IT in education and research, with hundreds of thousands of users. Without an overview of rooms, people book the one they always use or open calendars one by one, hoping something is free. So we built a solution together with SURF, in Nextcloud Calendar. 🚪With the room finder feature, you can browse available rooms and resources in Nextcloud Calendar and see free/busy information at a glance. And that's not all! What else is new in Nextcloud Groupware: ✉️ Federation invites: Invite a collaborator from another Nextcloud by email. Once they accept, you show up in each other's Nextcloud Contacts. 💬 Faster collaboration: Share a resource with your new contact or add them to a Nextcloud Talk conversation, with autocomplete as you type their name.
