None of them hand-build their own buttons, dialogs or page layouts, and none of them hand-build their own color palette either.nextcloud-vue is the component library: 43 reusable Vue components, page shells, dialogs, dashboard widgets, settings panels, that every manifest-driven Conduction app renders from. NLDesign is the theme: a drop-in app that applies the Dutch government's official design tokens, Rijkshuisstijl or a specific municipality's, across the entire Nextcloud interface with one install. In this talk Remco shows both halves: how one shared component library keeps a dozen apps behaviourally consistent, and how one shared token layer lets the same interface present as Rijksoverheid, Gemeente Utrecht, or Gemeente Amsterdam, without forking a single component.
